The challenge

  • Sacara were looking for technology to help their data analysts move faster and be better  at their job.
  • 10%-15% of store managers are leaving their job every month. With new managers, sales  are usually down, at least as a start. Sacara were looking for a tool to help them arm the store managers with the most relevant set of recommendation and guide them to perform  at their best.
  • District managers invest too much time in preparing themselves for store visits, looking  for the right reports, and analyzing the data to create relevant insights for every store.

Eventually, the HQ couldn’t know if it is happening as it should or not and if the insights are  relevant and correct. They were looking for the chance to rely more on data and tech and less on  a human hunch.

SACARA management understood that they need to invest more in their staff & their data to  increase sales and improve performance.
